We believe that SPORTSYSTEMS will work with a prolific USB to Serial adapter.
Once you have obtained your adapter, you then need to use the driver from this link:

You need to download the PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v110.zip
2. Problems getting software updates and swimmer data from web
Please check that you do not have security products such as Norton Internet Security installed on your machine.
Following recent updates to these types of software, with the latest release of SPORTSYSTEMS we find that the security software had disabled all internet access for our apps.
Correct this by going into the Personal Firewall Pane and enabling internet access for the required SPORTSYSTEMS Application.
